|Recommended: YesIf you're looking for a two bedroom, like I have... this is by far the best value for the money in the region considering all the amenities. I love the pool especially the summertime.
Property Manager It has to be committed for the undaunted task to try to please all residents in an impossible task.... But they usually succeed. Property management company and the Property Manager has be commended ....they do fix items that need addressing and they take great links to make sure the property stays nice -repainting balconies , fixing doors etc. All new AC units.... Newton and Briarwood has spent a lot of money on this property.
And it's starting to show. Nice.
The floor plans are easy use live in to where it seriously feels like home.
The oversized completely covered balconies create almost like an additional room to enjoy almost 12 months of the year. That's why I signed my lease fourth year in a row.
The value is unmatched in the city for what you get.
Seriously look into it.

|Recommended: YesManagement is always ready to fix whatever is needed. The repairs are always prompt and with good service. The management team here is really good. Dogs and cats are both welcome here. This location is great, with access to local campuses and a neighborhood market.

|Recommended: YesI like the amenities Briarwood has to offer. They have trash service, free water, and free internet 1gig . I feel like they could do a better job in the laundry faciltiy, keeping up with the machines. I believe with the demand for covered parking, this place could provide it. Overall, it this is a convenient location. This place is close to alot of places I like to eat and shop at.
|Recommended: YesBriarwood village apartments is a very beautiful apartment complex, the people here are friendly and helpful, the laundry rooms is easy and accessible to use. Our apartment is nice and cozy, its fun to smell mac n cheese next door. its cost effective and the utilizes is is easy to manage and the AC is wonderful, i love and highly recommend Briarwood Village Apartments

|Recommended: YesThis property is always very clean. I alway like how maintenance responds quickly and they always make sure to fix the problem. The staff is always available and its nice to have some to het ahold of in the office. I would recommend this place to others and I already have.

|Recommended: YesThe environment is safe here but the hallways need to be cleaned on a more regular basis. The maintenance issue that I have in bathroom has also not been fixed. Overall, this is a good place to live. I feel safe here. The rent is very reasonable here.

|Recommended: Yesi lived here for a year and maintenance is very fast, onsite amenities are easy to access and the laundry room is very convenient, a few issues with neighbors but was taken care of by management.

|Recommended: YesI moved into Briarwood Village in January 2025, and it’s been a great experience so far. Back in December 2024, on a chilly day, I happened to turn onto Bennett Street while looking for a new apartment and came across this community. The property manager was very welcoming, walked us through the options, and made the whole process easy. My wife and I knew right away that this was where we wanted to live.
Since then, we’ve been very happy with our choice. The property is always well maintained—the grounds are clean, the lawn is neatly trimmed, and everything feels cared for. Whenever a maintenance issue comes up, we can either submit it online or speak directly with the manager, and it’s always handled quickly. Overall, Briarwood Village has been a wonderful place to call home

|Recommended: YesI have lived here almost a year. The property is quiet and safe. I feel at home here and they keep the property very well kept. They stay on top of filter changes and the maintenance here is top notch. I would recommend this place for anyone looking for an apartment. Calculated gross monthly income based on the pay stub provided. After adjusting the income, I recalculated. Applicant will be offered conditions of guarantor and deposit alternative and or down deposit.

|Recommended: NoNot safe — They won't even change your locks here if things come up missing out of your apartment when you have only lived here less than a month and things disappear. And you are the only one with access to the apartment and back past history of domestic trouble relationship trouble. It's disturbing to think you could walk into your apartment and someone has been there while you were gone and if you are even safe. Ridiculous

|Recommended: YesThis apartment has a great location and the grounds are kept nice. The units are in good condition and there is plenty of place and the price is fair. Maintenance handles any issues timely and effectively. We would also like to add the pool is kept very clean. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for an apartment.

|Recommended: YesI enjoy living here, I have lived here since 2021 and i love that there are ceiling fans in the rooms during summer time and the maintenance requests are being done within a good time frame, and i like how convenient the laundry room is with being able to use the app and not quarters.
