|Recommended: YesI have lived here for almost 2 years now. The maintenance has been slow at times but for the most part they get the problem fixed. I live within walking distance of my work and that is nice. I would recommend this complex to someone who is looking.

|Recommended: YesI love this place. I miss being in the country but Oak Grove is like a community in itself. I have never met anyone here that is not nice. I love to see the change of the season here with all of the trees. This place has very good walkability and there is a grocery store and usps within walking distance. There is a fantastic buffer around the complex with Kraft being right next door. It's a very unique place

|Recommended: YesOverall Great Place — When I moved in, they were quick to fix things for me There are a lot of people to have dogs and they bark a lot, but other than that, it's a pretty good place to rent The property staff are very respectful of privacy and will call beforehand if they need to stop by the apartment. |Recommended: YesFirst Impressions — So far we are loving the apartment and the staff Jared the property manager and his assistant Victoria were extremely helpful and very nice When doing the walk through on our move in date Jared took note of things that needed fixed and put in maintenance requests for us He walked us through why he was putting in the requests and about how long it would take for them to get fixed He even went ahead and did the maintenance and cleaning staffs job and fixed up and cleaned a couple things on the spot

My refrigerator went out over a weekend, and the maintenance fixed it the next week, within a few days. My daughter loves the pool. The internet is also nice to have included. Maintenance and management have always been readily available.

A few cosmetic changes probably needed inside....an older property needs this occasionally...but quiet...spacious...and 200 under market rate for my 2 bdrm...top floor....and for the
FIRST TIME IN 2 YEARS....QUIET...PEACEFUL NIGHTS REST
Ill deal with the cosmetic changes ...the management staff worked their butt off getting my unit ready.

|Recommended: YesNow that I have lived here for 7 years, I wouldn't have it any other way. The management is great. The maintenance is timely and they do efficient work. I love their facilities. If I want to do laundry at midnight, I can, safely. I highly recommend this place for students, families, really, anyone.
