|Recommended: YesI have just signed my second lease I have been living here for a year with my yellow lab. It's pretty quiet and it's great that the internet is included. I have had to make several maintenance requests and they have always been quick to respond. The Resident Portal app is very convenient. Rent is reasonable, also. That's really what matters most

|Recommended: YesElla’s Review — The property manager was amazing about getting me moved in quickly and swiftly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I love the flooring of my living room and kitchen and the place was pretty clean with a few exceptions at the time of move in. Overall, it’s an amazing place to live — especially for people getting their first apartments.
|Recommended: YesApartments are a good value for the price, and the internet provided is very very good. I have never had an issue with it. The laundry room is a little expensive but there is a keypad so your clothes are safe. Parking is never a problem for me, and other tenants are pretty quiet and respectful.
|Recommended: YesI have lived here since 2020. I've recommended this place to several people. Its overall not a bad place to live and the internet is fast. Ive never felt unsafe. Any maintenance issue take a little time to be resolved and parking can be a bit problematic. Beyond that, this is not a bad place to end up.

We have a neighborhood market within walking distance and many restaurants and gas stations near by. The staff and maintenance are friendly and I would definitely recommend this place.

with newer appliances. I enjoy my balcony, it feels
enclosed and blocks wind better than others I've had.
I enjoy my space to decorate. Parking is generally
okay, though at night it's a little more difficult to find a
spot close to my apartment building. The pool is so
awesome I grow tired of it.
|Recommended: YesReasonable Housing — I enjoy my space, and my balcony. I love that the balcony is enclosed and blocks wind better than most I’ve had. Parking is usually fully at night though so I’ve had to make a few travels to get to my apartment. Anything submitted you will usually hear back within 3 days. Overall, very nice to come home to when things are quiet.

|Recommended: YesVery comfortable and affordable living. — It is a very affordable apartment complex in a very convenient place. There are many places close by Walmart, Taco Bell, gas stations, etc. Most of your daily wants needs is less than a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet considering it’s next to a Mac and cheese factory never had any complaints about it.
