|Recommended: YesVery comfortable and affordable living. — It is a very affordable apartment complex in a very convenient place. There are many places close by Walmart, Taco Bell, gas stations, etc. Most of your daily wants needs is less than a 15 minute drive. The neighborhood is very quiet considering it’s next to a Mac and cheese factory never had any complaints about it.

|Recommended: YesJust signed my fifth or sixth lease, so I like it here. I like that it is quiet in my apartment, I rarely hear anything from my neighbors, who are generally friendly. I like that it is clean, my apartment, my building, the grounds. I like the view from my balcony. My grandkids like the pool. The laundry room is handy. I live close to nearly everywhere I have to go. The view maintenance requests I've had to make have been fixed promptly.

I've recommended this place to a few people, and they now live here and love it. Parking is the only complaint I have, but that still isn't a big issue.
