|Recommended: YesJust signed my fifth or sixth lease, so I like it here. I like that it is quiet in my apartment, I rarely hear anything from my neighbors, who are generally friendly. I like that it is clean, my apartment, my building, the grounds. I like the view from my balcony. My grandkids like the pool. The laundry room is handy. I live close to nearly everywhere I have to go. The view maintenance requests I've had to make have been fixed promptly.

I've recommended this place to a few people, and they now live here and love it. Parking is the only complaint I have, but that still isn't a big issue.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — The internet is a huge bonus to living here, it's miles faster than where we lived before and comes included with rent, so it's one less thing to worry about monthly. The apartment is spacious and everything works great

|Recommended: YesOverall good for the price — It’s not the best, if you can afford better do it. But this is very cheap for a two bedroom so close to MSU so if that’s a priority then it will be just fine.
