|Recommended: YesThey’re habitable — Tbh we needed housing asap when prior roomies up and left for CA. Didn’t have time to save much for up front costs. I’d recommend these apts to anyone in a similar situation. There’s good reason why the rent here is considerably lower than many other complexes.

|Recommended: YesOverall Decent Place to Live — I don’t have any major complaints. I’ve never had any issues with the office staff. They’re always very nice and helpful. Major maintenance issues are always fixed quickly. Parking here can be a bit of a pain at times but I think that’s from visitors. Overall this is a good complex to live in though.

|Recommended: YesThe property is convenient, as it's next to many stores. — The property overall is very nice, and is priced reasonably. It's perfect for MSU students, as it is 5 minutes from the campus, and it is convenient as well, as there are many stores fast food restaurants around.

|Recommended: YesVery nice apartment complex, but not perfect. — It is really nice to live here, you have a lot going here with the free internet, amenities around the property, laundry, and AC. I would recommend it. But its not perfect. Since it is an old building things are bound to break a bit and I've experienced it already. Good thing is though that the Maintenance people are quick to respond and are very helpful. So overall its a good place to live, just make sure you inspect the apartments thoroughly and make sure everything works before moving in.

|Recommended: YesIt is overall a good living space. I enjoy living here. — It is a nice place, everything is there that you need. Sometimes the neighbors are a bit noisy but it's not a big problem. People are nice here.

|Recommended: YesThe Best Apartment in Springfield — I love it here I moved here with my two young children when I was going through separation and divorce. They were very friendly and helpful, able to understand my needs and sense of urgency and had everything processed in a week. Its affordable and my kids love the amenities here. The pool, volleyball court, basketball tennis court are all nice things to have. Its like having a park in the backyard We don't have pets but it is pet friendly if we ever change our mind. The apartment is very nice. Perfect amount of space for the 3 of us. Affordable Very happy to be here and anyone trying to start out on their own should certainly give Briarwood a call The staff treats you like family and really make this place feel like home

Tina in the office helped me get an apartment fast and was very helpful in answering all my questions. The parking near my building is great The floors are nice in my apartment and my two bedroom is very spacious.

|Recommended: YesYou Get More Than What You Pay For — The pictures online are not completely accurate, so I thought I would have a dishwasher and a nicer bathroom. With that being said, this property is absolutely amazing for the price. The staff are very helpful and make themselves available when you need them. The Wooten Co has never disappointed me. Also, the website is very updated and simple to use. I would definitely recommend to any friend of mine. Of the 6 apartments I have had in Springfield, this is easily top 2 with the other Wooten Co apartment I stayed at Southwinds . And I am hard to please when it comes to apartments. Also, the Wooten Co is great with refunding your whole deposit versus other companies that take every last penny for microwave light bulbs and cleaning fees. 10 10.
